Bringing Intelligence up to the next level in the organization
Intelligence is the lifeblood of a company. Senior management often agrees to that, but acts differently. Very often there is a misunderstanding and lack of visability of the work of CI & MI-managers in the firm. Results are layoffs, outsourcing activites and frustrated CI guys. Johannes Deltl wants to share his experience to turn this around, highlighting ways to move up the internal hierarchy to be more visible and perceived as a trustful advisor.

Red Team/ Blue Team
A Scenario-Technique giving you insights into the competitor’s mindset
Red Team / Blue team is a subset of Wargaming designed to help you think like your competitor. Two teams are formed. The Blue Team is your own company; the Red Team is your competitor. In this workshop, we focus on one issue, for instance, a forthcoming new product introduction at a well-known company. After an introduction into the methodology, we get to know the Game Book, giving background and texture to the problem at hand. Then each group has a go a trying to find the best solution to trump the competitor. This technique, as you will discover by actively participating in one of the two teams, helps sharpen your appreciation of your competitor.
