Bringing Intelligence up to the next level in the organization

Intelligence is the lifeblood of a company. Senior management often agrees to that, but acts differently. Very often there is a misunderstanding and lack of visibility of the work of CI & MI-managers in the firm. Results are layoffs, outsourcing activities and frustrated CI guys. Johannes Deltl wants to share his experience to turn this around, highlighting ways to move up the internal hierarchy to be more visible and perceived as a trustful advisor.
